Special Reporting Duties
In accordance with and to conform to the provisions set forth in articles 32 and 47, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law no. 144/2006, dated 31st July, as well as the provisions set forth in article 23 of Regulation no. 17/2006-R, dated 29th December, RT Global Insurance – Mediação de Seguros Unipessoal, Lda., with its registered office at Rua Rangel de Lima, 4 A – 2795 – 164 Linda-a-Velha, holder of corporate number 506 860 728, registered with the Companies Registry of Cascais, under no. 17913, Insurance Intermediary registered on 27th January 2007, with the ISP - Instituto de Seguros de Portugal (Portuguese Insurance Authority), as Insurance Agent, under no. 407154722/3, authorized to carry out the insurance intermediation business, dealing with Life and Non-Life Insurance sector, which can be checked on www.isp.pt, we would like to advise our clients of the following:

a) The company has no direct or indirect stake higher than 10% of the voting rights or in the share capital of any other insurance company;

b) There is no direct or indirect stake higher than 10% in the intermediary's voting rights or in the share capital that is held by an insurance company or by the parent company of any insurance company;

c) It is authorized to receive premiums to be forwarded to the insurance company;

d) It is authorized to issue insurance policies for and on behalf of the company or insurance companies;

d) It is not empowered to settle claims for and on behalf of the company or insurance companies;

f) Its business relates to, but is not limited to, issuing insurance policies;

g) Its action includes providing assistance throughout the life of the policy;

h) Its advice is based on the obligation to provide an impartial review, meaning that it must provide advice based on a review on a sufficient number of insurance policies available in the market, allowing it to make recommendations, in accordance with professional criteria, as to the insurance policy that serves best the client needs;

i) No other insurance intermediaries take part in the policy;

j) The client shall have the right to request information on the remuneration that the intermediary is to receive for providing the brokerage service and, as such, it shall provide the former with such information upon request;

k) Without prejudice to the possibility of resorting to any court or any extra-judicial body charged to settle any disputes, existing at the time or likely to arise thereafter, any claims of policy-holders or other stakeholders should be submitted to the Instituto de Seguros de Portugal (Portuguese Insurance Authority), either directly or through the Complaints Book that the intermediary keeps in its premises for that purpose.

l) Within its powers, the ISP - Instituto de Seguros de Portugal shall be responsible for analysing and giving opinions on any enquiries and claims made by consumers and relevant societies against RT Global Insurance – Mediação de Seguros Unipessoal, Lda.;

- The company further advises that, without prejudice to resorting to the Courts, in case a dispute arises from the insurance brokerage business, including cross-border disputes involving insurance intermediaries registered in other Member States, within the business carried out in Portugal, consumers may resort to extra-judicial bodies for settling disputes, in particular, Arbitration Tribunals and/or Magistrate's Courts.

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 32 of Decree-Law no. 144/2006, RT Global Insurance – Mediação de Seguros Unipessoal, Lda. further advises its clients that:

- It bases its advice on an impartial review, in particular by way of advice given based on more than two insurance companies and policies available in the market, allowing it to make the best recommendation and the one that best suits the needs of each client.
