How to report?
ACCIDENTS AT WORK
Whenever an accident at work occurs, the Injured Party’s Employer must fill in, sign and seal the accidents at work reporting form.

The claim must be reported immediately after its occurrence.

The original copy of the DAAA should be sent by registered mail to our company.
